Beautiful solid brass & glass railway train carriage wall sconces. The opening at the top of each wall sconce has a spring operated mechanism. All parts are original & also the original hurricane glass on both wall sconces. The sconces can be installed on the wall with screws or with nails. Dimensions of each sconce are 14” long & 3” wide at the bottom & the glass. These antique reproduction railway train carriage wall sconces are from the 1970’s & are in wonderful vintage condition with only expected markings on the aged brass. The set has been in storage for the past several years & has never had candles placed inside but can be used with either regular taper or battery operated candles. One of the sconces has a slight bend at the bottom lip portion but not noticeable especially once hung on the wall. The two glass hurricanes are also in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks or imperfections anywhere. See all photos. A truly beautiful vintage solid brass sconce set. Pricing firm.
