The condition of this archive book is not the best. The cover has some tearing (from previous labels, which were taken off) as well as the first front (blank) cover page.
Actual pages and binding are fine.
I believe all the Memory Collections and the accessories within the book are all fully intact and unused, and nothing is missing. I tried to show everything in the photos.
I think one of the “Memory Collection” pieces has been folded over, but it is “unfolded” now and is fine.
Expect wear and tear on this book archive.
