SELLERS! Please be aware of the SCAM user named "HFL"! They recently purchased a jacket from me and try to get a refund. But due to mercari rule: An item is not eligible for a return or refund if the item was accurately described in the listing. They dumped some liquid on the jacket to made it look "dirty& worn", claimed it has visible stains and got their way around.
I ALWAYS throughly clean and inspect every item before I ship anything out, and I always state the item condition in the description including any flaws and signs of wear, so there is NO WAY I would miss such a big stain.
As I expected, when the jacket was return to me I could not find any stains including the big one in the picture they uploaded.
