This was my brothers and he took out the boosters packs that usually comes with this. So this only includes the 3 promo cards and the figure. Hence why the box is opened. When inspecting the figure i noticed this green spot on Charizards wing. My brother never took out the figure itself just the booster packs so that spot was most likely there when my brother bought this. See pictures!!
