This is a Chinese-made ballistic plate.
I was told by the Chinese manufacturer that it is equivalent to NIJ IV.
The material is alumina ceramic + PE.
Weight is 3.2kg/plate.
Many Chinese-made plates in size M are 10x12 inches, slightly different from the SAPI size of 9½x12½ inches. Because of this, Chinese-made plates (especially the multi-curve type) may not fit in a tight plate carrier. However, this product complies with SAPI, so you should have less trouble with that.
It is a multi-curve plate, so it fits the body better than a single-curve plate.
It was stored in a plate carrier, so there are scratches on the sides and some overall dirt.
Although it is a ballistic plate, I have not tested it myself, so please use it at your own risk.
