This is new still in boxes high-end porcelain backsplash with a brushed concrete urban loft feel. Each tile was purchased for for $23 p/sft. I'm giving them away for $8 a square foot as long as the full quantity is taken. They were going to be used for a new estate home but escrow fell through.
