This was a replacement device on AppleCare where the entire device was replaced. It was not simply repaired.
Device is locked to T-Mobile. It has current AppleCare subscription that can be transferred.
It comes with two cases, 1 x Speck Presidio and and 1 x Apple Silicone. Both are black and the Apple case has a slight crack around the Home button but the Speck case is in flawless condition. The phone is an absolutely perfect condition cosmetically and has no software or hardware problems as it is new. The battery life is at 100% and great health as it has has not been set up since completely replaced by AppleCare under the rapid replacement program where they send a brand new phone as a replacement.
