This Farberware 7-inch Santoku Knife with self-sharpening blade cover is essential for your everyday food prep tasks. It features a high-carbon stainless steel blade that cuts with higher precision. The ergonomically designed polypropylene handle is comfortable and balanced for precise cutting tasks. Hold the bottom of the sharpening sleeve and gently remove the knife with opposite hand.
