Cut Glass Decanter, Vintage, Heavy, Beautiful, rare

I've looked and looked and can't find the same, only similarities. It's very attractive and not over done. It displays some criss cross cuts with lines going midway thru. There is a pinwheel on bottom and a pinwheel on the stopper. The stopper isn't flat but as some describe as mushroom stopper. The glass is clear. Someone know who the maker is? Stands 10.25" x 4" wide. Is roughly around 3lbs. Due to the shape I'd say its more of a whiskey decanter. Vintage.

Make sure to take pictures of the damage. Fragile items are shipped with air pockets, pink peanuts, bubble wrap. These items are expensive. We recycle as much as possible.
