Previously owned and is used . It does power on and it does "seem" to work... The transmit and receive indicator lights work when keying the mic , and the meter does move as well. It looks well taken care of, and it looks like a previous owner marked some reference lines on the knobs for himself/herself.

I am not a CB guy but I can usually plug them in and sit here and listen to the guys at the truck stop about 10 miles away, do "radio check" and call it good However, this unit did not produce any audio. It may have been peaked and tweaked!
