This plus size City Chic Jocelyn party dress is made of black fabric covered in tiny, shiny red sequins. The photos don't do the sparkle and gorgeous color justice! It really shimmers and shines red in the light!
It's a City Chic size L, which is about a size 20, with a stretch waist. It's meant to fit a little loosely and has large, balloon-style sheer sleeves, great for larger arms! Good for spring and summer evenings, as the fabric is lighter weight. It is lined and has a couple of layers of ruffles.
I'm 5'5" and it hits just below the knee on me. This semi-formal dress was worn once to a fancy dinner, so it is like new! I've lost weight, so now it needs a new home. It is a beauty and made me feel fabulous! Love it? Make an offer!
