This is a one of a kind vintage "Carmen" sweetheart expandable and engravable bracelet in a gold tone. It is stamped D.F.B. Co. These bracelets were popular around WWII. It features a heart shape that has tiny floral designs along the edge with 2 hearts (that can be engraved with initials) and a flower with 4 petals an 2 leaves (refer to the second picture). The gold tone band alternates between a smooth wavy link and a textured recessed diagonal pattern one.
