Very good condition. See photos—I tried to take them from all angles. Some small chips on inside rim of lid. Wire bail handle and locking mechanism still work. No cracks that I can see. There appears to be a number on the bottom, 20 maybe? As well as lots of writing on top but I cannot decipher due to the heavy glaze. All my research suggests this item is what I’ve listed above in the description. These were patented in the late 1800s, it is old.
