This is a vintage, 1963 issue of SCOOTER. Dshe is Skipper's friend.
She has beautiful red hair. Original pigtail ribbons are gone, and I've pictured her hetecwith her hair down and pulled back using a new plastic band. Her hair has not been cut. Love her brown eyes and freckles.
Scooter is dressed in a pastel cotton dress adorned with a pink bow and compliments it with white flats.
