1947 Professional mixing guide

Published and distributed in the interest of standardization by the Angostura Wuppermann Corporation New York, N.Y. - 1947 professional mixing guide in decent condition as pictured. This 1947 professional mixing guide still has the original center insert dedicated to the authority of professional barman and the original pamphlet in the back for the men of the 40's to "Give to the chef in HIS life". Obviously as pictured, wear and tear but this mixing guide is in pretty good condition and still has all inserts! There is however a small amount of writing in the back of the mixing guide made with pencil. I would have gone ahead and erased it but I didn't want to damage the book in any way. This mini mixing guide has so much information and it's tiny pages - 1940s mixed drink cost chart, pricing chart for wine by the bottle/glass and a standard sizes list of glasses per spirit. This is the perfect gift for that spirit loving person in your life, or even yourself!
