This is a 1/6 scale GI Joe paratrooper. The parachute works, when thrown into the air it will slow his decent. As seen in pictures the rigging is slightly tangled. Included is the 12 inch action figure and his attached parachute and clothing worn. His helmet, rifle and other gear are no longer around.
Update… I found what I think to be his helmet. It will be included with him.
